Recipe: American Pancakes

taste these pancakes for breakfast and dessert. By the baking powder and yogurt, they are really juicy and thick. Who does not like it as sweet, takes just half the amount of sugar.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 150 g flour
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • oil for frying maple syrup

Preparation:
milk and yogurt mix with each other. The three egg whisk until smooth. Stir in one after the other ingredients. As little oil as possible in a small saucepan (diameter 12 cm) pan and fry the pancakes over medium heat. A little tip: Turn the pancakes when the dough is completely covered with small bubbles. Classically, the pancakes served with maple syrup, they taste very good but also with Nutella or jam.
