Recipe: Asian noodles

am for this easy recipe I was made aware of a colleague. Since it is technically very easy calorie also, this Asian dish is a regular on my menu again. The marinated meat is really tender and tasty and I think is a real blockbuster.

Ingredients (4):

  • 500g Chinese egg noodles
  • 800g chicken breast
  • A piece of ginger
  • 1-2 bunch spring onions
  • 2-3 hands bean sprouts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Chili peppers, dried
  • soy sauce, fish sauce, dark
  • oil, sesame oil neutral
  • lemon juice
  • a freezer bag

preparation:
One day before preparing the meal, the chicken meat is marinated. This is the meat first excess of the tendons and Fat-free and cut into small cubes. The ginger and the cloves, peeled and finely diced. The meat, ginger and garlic are used in a freezer bag. Then the two chili peppers are crumbling into the bag. Preparation:

Hint 1: If you prefer a slightly sharper, can also chop the ginger and garlic or a fresh chilli and fry.
Hint 2:. The court may of course be filled with other vegetables
